WingSpan is easy-to-manage because it's delivered as a hosted software application. This means that it is deployed as and application service provider (ASP software as a service), so there is no need for IT support, no software to install or manage, and no hardware. Users will access WingSpan over the Internet through a secure connection so it is available wherever you go as long as you have an Internet connection and a browser.

WingSpan's only requirement is that each Internet user have an email account (SMTP email account) and a browser (preferably Internet Explorer version 5.X) in order to deploy WingSpan as an ASP.
