- Active Job Listings with Description: Provides listing of active jobs with the description, department, location, and responsible hiring manager.

- Applicant Count By Job: Job-by-Job count of resumes received over a user-defined date range. Filter by date, company location, department, recruiter, and hiring manager.
- Applicant Count By Source: Source-by-Source count of resumes received over a user-defined date range. Filter by date, company location, department, recruiter, and hiring manager.
- Applicant Log with Contact Info: Listing of candidates with enter date over user defined range. Includes contact, job, source, and skill set information. Sometimes used as a source file for mail merges.
- Applicants vs. Hires By Source: Source-by-Source comparison of the number of resumes received vs. the number of hires over a user-defined date range.
- Approved Requisitions By Date: Displays requisitions approved and posted as jobs with approvers. Filter by approved date, company location, requisition creator, department, and filled/unfilled.
- Budget Report: Provides a quarterly and annual comparison of job budgets vs. hired salaries. Filter by company location, department, hiring manager, recruiter, and quarter/year.
- Fee Agency/Vendor Information: Displays fee agency info and the number of candidates submitted and hired for each.
- Filled Job Log: Log of all jobs with a candidate in the hired stage regardless of date. The Date Posted reflects the date the Job record was created in OpenHire.
- Hire Export: Log of all hiree-related data including account custom fields. Sometimes used to transfer hiree information in batch in response to client initiated requests.
- Un-posted Requisitions By Date: Provides up-to-the-minute information about requisitions that are currently in the approval process. Filtered by create date, requisition creator, and department.
