To get the most out of your new recruiting management system, we provide initial training to your team that empowers you with the ability to hit the ground running the moment the system goes live. We believe in the power of the "train the trainer" method. When an internal customer resource is very knowledgeable about OpenHire, it results in increased adoption, and a solid knowledge base in the customer organization. We feel that an internal resource will always be more in touch with their organization’s needs and processes - that gives them an edge in understanding how certain tasks can be accomplished within the OpenHire application.

The "train the trainer" session normally occurs over the course of a single day or multiple days, during which time the trainer gains a thorough knowledge of OpenHire and how customer-specific processes will be accomplished by using the OpenHire tool.

This phase is followed by the training of the recruiting organization at which the OpenHire trainer and the customer trainer will be present. Training of hiring managers is usually performed by the customer, but we do offer training services for HMs as well.

User training can be delivered on-site or over the Web depending on your needs.
