OpenHire’s Offer Approval Process facilitates the job offer approval process by ensuring offers are properly reviewed before being sent to the job candidate. Offer information is reviewed and approved via email. Offer approvers do not need to be users of OpenHire to take advantage of this automated process.
Full tracking and administrative controls over offer approval status are available to the necessary users.
Once an offer is approved, the offer letter can be generated directly within OpenHire. Multiple offer letter templates are supported. Merge fields add a myriad of personalization options. Generated offer letters can be printed, saved, or sent via email.
